Howard University Women’s Track & Field Places Fourth Overall at Morgan Legacy

Senior Lauryn Galloway and junior Uchechi Onuoha led the way, winning their respective events.

Galloway scored first in women’s javelin, throwing over 119 feet.

Onuoha won the 100-meter hurdles with a 14.10 mark.

The 4×400 relay squad consisting of juniors Sydney Benson and Oluchi Ike and sophomores Jessika Gbai and Ozioma Scott

finished with a time of 3:46.14 landing them in second place.
