Staying Fit During Covid19: Howard Alumna Moves FWRD With Workout Business

Staying fit during quarantine has been a challenge for most, as gymnasiums and fitness centers have been closed or at limited occupancy levels. For a Howard University alumna, the struggle to avoid gaining the “Covid 15” started with a personal goal, and led to a movement. As NewsVision’s Etolia Magdalena reports, she’s hoping to get others to FRWD.
