Not only are we coming up on one month until spring break, it’s also Heart Health Month! Whether you will be living your best life lying on a sandy beach, impacting a community abroad or just wanting to make sure you’re taking care of your body, this is the perfect time to make a change in your diet. A healthy diet can aid in contributing to not only your physical health, but can also positively impact you mentally, spiritually and emotionally.

As college students, we seem to always be on the run between trying to balance schoolwork, extracurricular activities and our social lives, which usually leaves our health on the back burner. Here are four healthy options to eat in DC:
