Celebrations Fill the Streets of Washington, DC to Celebrate Biden Win

Moments after results were announced that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and Kamala Harris passed 270 electoral votes to win the presidency, thousands poured into the streets of downtown Washington. As NewsVision’s Julia Weng reports, young and old gathered to celebrate history in the making.
